The Board of Directors meetings are normally held quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday of the 3rd month of each quarter (March, June, September and December) beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the Executive Meeting and 6:30 p.m. for the General Meeting.

Board meetings are held at The Corner Bakery at 32435 Temecula Parkway, Temecula, CA 92592. The agenda will be posted at a prominent place or places within the Common Area.
